Ready to use straight out of the box, the ASR requires no soaking or break-in. Tested by Yamaha to endure up to 320 hours of continuous play (around 8 months of use), these blades retain their shape, strength, and tonal stability.

The central rib design ensures balanced playability across all registers, while the heat-treatment adds depth and warmth to the sound. The textured surface mimics natural blades, making them comfortable even for beginners while meeting the needs of professionals.
